Dining Room

After a glorious day enjoying the Idaho wilderness, join us for a hearty meal in our restaurant overlooking the lake and mountains.

The restaurant, located on the main floor of the Lodge, is open seven days a week, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a relaxed mountain atmosphere (reduced hours after Labor Day).

Breakfast

For breakfast, choose from such menu items as biscuits & gravy, buttermilk pancakes, the Idaho elk sausage omelet, or smoked trout frittata, to name a few of the delicious options. And don't forget a cup of our custom Redfish Blend Gourmet Coffee. Prices range from $4-$8. Hours: 7:00 - 11:00 am (8:00-11:00 after Labor Day)

Lunch

From smoked salmon and red potato chowder to Chinese chicken salad, blue bacon burger to the Redfish TLT (trout, lettuce, tomato), fish & chips to St. Louis Ribs, you are sure to find a lunch item for your taste. Complement your lunch with a yummy homemade milkshake! Prices range from $8-$10. Hours: 11:30 am - 2:30 pm (12:00-2:00 after Labor Day)

Dinner

Start your dinner with herb and pepper smoked Idaho trout appetizer and finish with the ever-famous mud pie. In between choose from such entrees as prime rib, pork loin, grilled Atlantic salmon, penne fromaggio, and many more. The dinner menu features a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, and entrees, along with a complete wine list. Prices range from $7-$23. Hours: 5:00 - 10:00 pm (5:00-9:00 after Labor Day)

 

Rustic Lounge

Open 4:00pm - 12:00am.

Adjoining the dining room is the Rustic Lounge with a full-service bar. Enjoy your favorite drink and a spectacular view in the friendly fireplace atmosphere of the lounge.

 

Outdoor Gazebo

Open for lunch and dinner, this alternative to the dining room caters to campers who want a night off from their own grilling or anyone looking for tasty, affordable grub.

Gazebo hours: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

Sample Gazebo Menu

Steak Sandwich
Seasoned and grilled shoulder tenderloin on a hoagie roll with leaf lettuce, sliced tomato, and shaved red onion

Cheeseburger
Grilled 1/3rd pound ground chuck patty topped with your choice of sharp cheddar, emmenthaler Swiss, or gorgonzola cheese, served on a bun with leaf lettuce, sliced tomato, and shaved red onion

Barbecue ribs
Slow-smoked St. Louis pork ribs in Redfish Lake Lodge signature barbecue sauce,
served with baked beans and cabbage slaw

Sub sandwich
Meats and cheese on a hoagie roll, with leaf lettuce and sliced tomato:

  • shaved prime rib and sharp cheddar

  • muffuletta: sliced kurobuta ham, aged genoa salami, emmenthaler Swiss, and a chopped olive spread

  • chicken salad with sharp cheddar and green apple slices

Salads
Greens and vegetables with house-made dressing on the side:

  • fresh spinach, fried leeks, and parmesan, with bacon-shallot vinaigrette

  • mixed greens with tomato, cucumber, carrots, and bell pepper, with ranch

  • romaine lettuce, tomato, kalamata olive, green bell pepper, and feta cheese, with lemon-red wine vinaigrette
