For an outdoor Idaho wedding, birthday party, family reunion, or other event, Redfish Lake can't be beat, and Redfish Lake Lodge provides a unique and memorable setting for your special event. The information on this page will assist you in planning your event. We are happy to work with you to personalize your function.

Food

Dining Room

The Lodge dining room can accommodate large parties up to 40 people. Reservations are requested for groups between 10-15 and required for groups over 15. Large parties order off a special large party menu, and an 20% gratuity is added to the final bill. Outdoor Catered Events

Outdoor events are for parties of 40 people or more. Meals are served semi-buffet. These outdoor events are subject to pricing dependent upon the type of event you book at Redfish Lake Lodge (RLL). Catering costs for food & alcohol typically range from $30 to $50 per person depending on menu selections. Wedding receptions have a different menu and pricing from the ‘casual affairs’ bookings. Catering Fees and Payment

• A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 10 days of booking to hold date for your scheduled event. This will be credited toward your final catering bill.
• The site fee for wedding receptions is $1,000 for any date in June and September, and $2,000 for any date in July and August.
• The site fee for casual affairs (barbeques, family events, etc.) is $500 for any Monday thru Thursday date, and $750 for any Friday, Saturday or Sunday date.
• Events in June and September may request advance reservations for 70-90% of lodging availability. Events in July and August may request advance reservations for 40-60% of lodging availability.
• RLL provides plates, utensils, glasses, table cloths, napkins, disposable goods, utilities, setup & cleanup, and will charge a $3.00 per person set-up fee for this service.
• Guaranteed number of guests and final menu choices are required 14 days before your event. Labor pricing will be charged based on this count, and your final bill will be calculated from this count.
• RLL provides a tent, dance floor, tables & chairs for an additional rental fee.
• 5% Idaho Sales Tax will be added to the final bill.
• 18% gratuity on food and alcohol will be added to the final bill.
• For cancellation within two weeks of event, you are liable for all costs of ordered food and alcohol.
• Your final bill will be available the morning after the event. Credit cards are accepted.

Liquor

Alcohol can be served in an open, limited, or cash bar. Redfish Lake Lodge will purchase and dispense your choice of alcoholic beverages. A complete list of wine and alcohol is available through our bartender. If you have something specific in mind, we will do our best to order it in for you! Final alcohol orders need to be made two weeks prior to your event. Our bartender will place your order based on your needs and number of guests. We serve beer and wine from the lodge-side of the gazebo. There are beer taps available for kegs as well. Champagne may be served to your guests at their tables if you wish to have a toast. Mixed drinks can be purchased in our rustic lounge located near the gazebo in the lodge. Those who wish may have a “bar tab” set up with the bartender for their guests. No liquor, wine, or beer may be brought onto the premises from outside sources.

We welcome music and dancing until 9:00 pm.

Wedding Ceremonies

There are a number of gorgeous locations perfect for a wedding ceremony. You can reserve the North Shore picnic area along the lake by calling 877-444-6777 or visiting ReserveUSA. The nondenominational Sawtooth Meditation Chapel in Stanley is also available for wedding ceremonies. Call 208-774-2952 for reservations.

Lodging

Redfish Lake Lodge can accommodate up to 184 people in the cabins, suites, and lodge rooms.

There is also camping on the lake and additional lodging in Stanley.
